The Experiences

Find your way in

Each one opens a different door onto the same question: what actually fits you. There is no right order - start with whichever is closest to what you are sitting with now.

Your Ikigai

A guided exploration of purpose: where what you love, what you’re good at, what the world needs and what you can be paid for meet. Most working lives satisfy two or three of the four. The overlap is what you are looking for.

The Fear Audit

An honest look at what’s actually holding you back. Fear rarely announces itself - it shows up as a sensible-sounding reason to wait. Name it plainly and the rest of the work gets easier.

Knowing what you want is not the same as being able to say it. The experiences above help with the first. This is where you rehearse the second: you talk out loud, the other side pushes back, and afterwards you see exactly where you went reactive instead of responsive.

I came in burned out and confused. I left with an Ikigai I could explain to my partner over dinner. That was the moment things started moving.

How It Works

A clearer path in three steps

Assessment → Insight → Action. Built from real coaching frameworks, refined by AI, and grounded in what we know about how people actually find clarity.

  1. 01
    Reflect

    Begin with the right questions

A short, psychologically informed assessment that surfaces what genuinely matters to you, not what you think you should say.

  2. 02
    Discover

See yourself in your own future

A personalized portrait of your ideal day: environment, contribution, energy, alignment. Not a label. Something you can actually walk toward.

  3. 03
    Move

    Turn insight into a plan

Translate your portrait into concrete next steps. Optionally, work directly with a CCG Coach to map the path from here to there.

Questions, Answered

Everything you need to know

What Wayfind is, how your results work, and what becomes possible when you do the work.

The Experience
What is Wayfind?

Wayfind is a suite of free career clarity tools from Career Clarity Group, built on research in positive psychology, behavioral science, narrative identity, and career development. It starts with the Perfect Day Experience, a guided reflection that helps you name what you actually want from your work, and expands into tools that surface your values, examine your fears, and translate your skills into a direction that feels like yours.

We use AI to do the analytical heavy lifting: pattern recognition, synthesis, personalization at scale. But we've always believed the real transformation happens through human engagement. A conversation, a decision made out loud, a witness to your next chapter. The tools open the door. Coaching helps you walk through it.

What is the Perfect Day Experience?

It's a short, immersive guided experience (about 10 minutes) rooted in research on values clarification, strengths psychology, and aspirational identity. We ask you to imagine your perfect working day in vivid detail: from the moment you wake up to how you feel at the end of it.

When you're done, we generate a personalized portrait of your career archetype: a narrative, an AI image, your signature traits, and five role directions that match who you actually are. It's free, and it's yours to keep. Many people say it's the clearest they've felt about their work in years.

What are the four free modules?

Beyond the Perfect Day Experience, Wayfind offers four tools you can use in any order, all free. Each one draws on a different body of research:

The Decision Room: works out whether to stay in your job or leave it, across four checks: energy, growth, conditions and money. Grounded in job demands-resources research.
The Fear Audit: names what's actually holding you back, not what you think is. Draws on cognitive-behavioral approaches to career avoidance.
Chapter Two: helps you articulate the next chapter you're trying to write. Rooted in narrative identity and life-design research.
Skills-to-Meaning Translator: turns what you're good at into a direction that also feels meaningful. Built on the intersection of strengths psychology and ikigai.

Each tool is powerful on its own. Together, they give you a picture of yourself that's hard to unsee.

How long does it take?

The Perfect Day Experience takes most people 8-12 minutes. The four modules are each 5-10 minutes. There's no time pressure; you can pause and return. Do one, do all five, do them over a few days. Whatever works for you.

Results & Privacy
Will my results be saved?

Right now, your results live in your browser session. We recommend saving or downloading them before you close the tab. There's a save option on your results page.

Persistent accounts, permanent private links, and the ability to return to your results anytime are all in the works. Wayfind is actively growing, and we'd love your feedback on what would be most useful to you.

What happens to my answers?

Your answers are used to generate your personalized results and nothing else. We don't sell your data, and we don't use your responses for marketing. If you purchase the Daily Practice, we store your result profile securely to generate and deliver your practice. That's it.

Can I share my results?

Yes. Your results page includes a share option and you can download your portrait image directly. Many people share their archetype card; it's designed to be a conversation starter, not a spoiler.

The Daily Practice
What is the Daily Practice?

The Daily Practice is a personalized 7-day alignment arc built from your Perfect Day results and the direction you want to move toward. It's grounded in behavioral science research on habit formation, implementation intentions, and the power of small, consistent action over time.

Each day has a one-line intention, a concrete action under 10 minutes, and a reflection prompt. Day 1 is today. It's built specifically for you, not a template, not a generic productivity plan. This is where insight becomes a practice.

How much does it cost?

The paid layer is the $29 Wayfind Pass, a one-time payment, not a subscription. For 90 days it opens everything: the Daily Practice, the full Fear Audit, the full Ikigai Blueprint, and Clara in member mode with weekly check-ins. Anything you unlock stays yours after the 90 days, including your practice, its permanent private link, and an email copy to keep.

Coaching sessions are available separately: $179 for a single Wayfind session, or $499 for the 3-Session Wayfind Arc, a structured journey from clarity to commitment.

What if my practice doesn't feel right?

You can edit your pursuit direction and regenerate your practice up to three times. If something doesn't land, you're not stuck with it. If after three tries it still doesn't feel right, reach out and we'll make it right.

Coaching
What is a Wayfind coaching session?

A focused 1:1 conversation with a Career Clarity Group certified coach, built around your Wayfind results. Sessions are for people who want help translating what they've discovered into a real next move: a decision, a plan, a conversation they've been meaning to have.

Most clients choose the 3-Session Arc: three sessions with a beginning (clarity), a middle (decision), and an end (commitment). It's the path for people who are ready to do the real work.

Do I need to complete the tools before coaching?

We recommend completing the Perfect Day Experience first; it gives both of us a shared starting point and makes the coaching conversation much richer from minute one. The other tools are a bonus. If you haven't done them yet, that's fine too.

Is there a free consultation?

Yes. If you're curious about coaching but not sure yet, a free 20-minute conversation is available. No pitch, no pressure. Just a chance to see if it's the right fit.
